VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System
The VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System (VATVCBHCS) has reopened the Corpus Christi Specialty Clinic (CCSC) and the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Annex Building. The Corpus Christi Outpatient Clinic (CCOPC) will remain closed until further notice. All Veterans scheduled for appointments at the Corpus Christi Outpatient Clinic (CCOPC) this week should report to the Corpus Christi Specialty Clinic on 205 S. Enterprize Parkway. Additional staff from the Rio Grande Valley Sector will be on hand to assist. If a Veteran is displaced, and has lost their medication and no longer has a written prescription or bottle, they can contact the Health Resources Center (HRC) at 1-877-752-0650 to speak with a representative. The representative will qualify the request by asking a few questions and provide the Veteran with their prescription number. Those Veterans needing emergent supply of medications, who can make it into a local VA facility with a pharmacy, are encouraged to present to a VA pharmacy for a temporary supply of non-controlled medication. Veterans with non-emergent medication needs should contact VATVCBHCS to provide updated address information, and request refills/renewals according to VA guidance. If the Veteran has any difficulty contacting VATVCBHCS clinics they can call the Health Resources Center (HRC) at 1-877-752-0650. More Details
